I haven't used these old baskets in a while, but they got the job done just fine, even with a mix of briquets on the Performer. Chicken thighs seasoned with Oak Ridge Santa Maria and just a couple applewood chips for a late/light smoke. Mashed taters with chives, m&c, and desert.

Looks great! I know the Vortex gets a lot of love and attention but the charcoal baskets work great too when set up properly.
