Grilled artichoke

Never done this before.
Olive oil, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, chopped garlic, lemon zest and crushed red pepper flakes. Steamed, then grilled on the Jumbo Joe over Jealous Devil XL briquets.

I’m a big fan of grilled artichokes. Unfortunately, I not patient enough to put it the hard work for them.
