Grill marks on Wamplers breakfast sausage

After near 80* weather, a front roared thru East TN last night-wind, thunder, rain. This morning it is beautiful. 57*. Great drinking coffee on the back porch with the pooch weather. And... grilled Wamplers sausage. Love those grill marks on breakfast sausage.

Never heard of Wamplers before...how would you describe the flavor? Is it heavy on the sage?

It is a mild breakfast sausage...some sage a little pepper
the grill brings some more flavor
