Grill Cover

I have a gasser (S320) with a Weber cover. Does anyone have a good technique for putting it back on the grill other than wrestling with the cover to get it on right?
 
Just hope the neighbors are not watching and then wrestle away.
I typically will when the best 2 out of 3 falls.

My gasser cover has been in the garage for over 18 months. Too much trouble to use.
However, I use the WSM cover since I cut the bottom elastic straps (it now slides on easily).
