Grill Basket

Thinking of adding a non-stick grill basket to my BBQ Arsenal to turn-over a whole fish and Grill small pieces of chicken. Your thoughts if this is a good idea would be appreciated!

I have the Weber Style Grill Tray and Weber Style Grill Pan and Weber Style Vegetable Tray. They are located in the Weber Creations part of the Store on the Weber Web site.
I use them quite regularly for all types of dishes and Cooking. They are made from SS and are reasonably easy to clean.
