Hey folks I've been a lurker for a while so I decided to sign up. Very nice info packed site here. I've been smoking and grilling for nearly 40 years. Still have a lot to learn though. I got my first WSM back in April. It is a well used 18-1/2". I love it and love the food that it produces but it at times it has not been big enough. I found a lightly used 22-1/2" with a BBQ Guru for a good deal. This thing rocks and gives me lots more time to do other things.
Looking forward to learning more about this passion here. Hopefully along the way I can also make some positive contributions as well.
