The black hose in this pic goes to the LP tank. It will be removed and replaced with the grey hose pictured below.

This is an 8 foot nat gas hose with a quick connect.
Whoever replaces your manifold can connect this hose at the same time.
The quick connect goes to the house-supply side so the grill can be disconnected and rolled away if needed.
