Greetings from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Hi everyone, Michael here in Pittsburgh, PA. I've been grilling on a Weber OTG for the last few years, but recently switched over to a Spirit E-210 gasser after someone in a neighboring apartment mistook the smoke from my chimney starter for an emergency and I wound up with an apartment full of city firefighters! Kept the OTG in my storage room for occasional outings, but have been taking full advantage of the gasser cooking dinner outside around 4 times per week.

I've been reading the forum for a little while, but decided to join to discuss technique, recipes, and other tips and tricks. Happy grilling!
 
Welcome aboard Michael. You're among good folks here, which I'm sure you already knew, since you've been lurking. 4 nights a week of cooking outdoors is A-OK in my book!

Thanks guys for the kind welcome. I got to say, for a split second I did entertain the idea of moving to some wide open space somewhere in the mountains where I could grill or smoke anything I wanted. However, I do have a buddy nearby with a little stoop setup where I can have access to some good charcoal grilling, albeit in a somewhat makeshift, cooperative arrangement.
