This is an incredible forum and wealth of knowledge. I finally broke down and got a Green egg and retiring my impossible gas/ charcoal home made smoke that is impossible to control (temp). Almost wrecked the last 2 briskets. Anyway- plan on building a Heatermeter as well. Thanks!
