Just picked up a couple of (just-about-free) Q-deals. First was a 2008 Q-220 with a 6508 cart (the grill needs some TLC, the cart is excellent. Next came a 2013 Q-2000 with a 6525 cart, cosmetically both are in exceptional condition. Thought if I was going to do a couple of frame off restorations I'd check in with the experts. I'll keep one of the units and gift out the other to a good neighbor. I'm leaning towards keeping the 2000 and sending off the 220. I really like the added height of the 220 but I'm a steak, dogs/burgers, chix breast kind of guy and wonder if I should keep the 220 or wait and find an orphan 2200... or just stick with the 2000. What's the community's thoughts about the 2000 vs the 220/2200?

Several other questions:
- The 6525 cart is newer, is it significantly better/durable than the 6508? (My wife prefers the 6508).
- I'll do the hose/regulator upgrade to the units. I have the fittings ordered but wonder about the hose/regulator. What is now recommended for the low pressure LP hose with regulator and QCC1 (Acme) connector? There seem to be a lot of hoses with questionable reviews; what's best? By chance has a hose come on the market with a 1/8" connection?
