Hello all,

My name is Jason and I've been cooking on a 22 1/2" WSM for a little over a year now and I've been using Weber kettles for years. BBQ Pitmasters and a lack of quality BBQ joints around here was what made me decide to get into smoking too. I look foward to sharing recipes and modification ideas.
