I've had my 14.5" Bullet for a few years, but never really put it through its paces. I'm looking forward to gleaning from the pros!
I am curious, in all of this database/forum is there a good reference chart for REQUIRED COAL AMOUNT comparison for each size. By that I mean if a recipe calls for 1.5 chimneys of coal on an 18", what would that translate to on the 14.5"?
In the meantime, here are some Cornish hens I did! A variety of rubs and one was rubbed under the skin.
