Just put together my E-330 (NG) last night.

It is a replacement for my not-even-seven-years-old Kenmore Elite Stainless behemoth that rotted away inside. Not nice.

I had an older LP Weber before, one of the "red head" versions that i see being restored here. Always liked the quality, so I decided to go back to something that should last.

Haven't even fired it up yet, but I am sure it's going to be great! I also got the smoker accessory, with the truncated grate. Hoping to make a lot of use of it.

Looking forward to seeing tips, tricks, and recipes here.

Scott

Welcome to the forum Scott. I have one of those rehabbed RedHead Genesis you mentioned. You can't go wrong with a Weber. This is a great place to learn and to share.
