Finally getting first cook off the ground. Been dealing with all this crazy weather here in Atlanta the last few weeks. Just put two 7lb boston butts on and we'll see later how it goes.
Forgot to post about how the cook went. Butts turned out amazing! Used Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust for the rub. Kept the temp around 250 for 10 hours. Pulled both butts.
Wouldn't have been able to pull the cook off without all the information from this forum.
Looking forward to the next cook which is going to be brisket and/or spare ribs.
