Hi folks, nice to meet you all. I'm a proud owner of a significantly modified 22.5 WSM and also Weber mastertouch kettle with various accessories like a slow n sear, rotisserie, and stuff. I've got a weber charcoal go anywhere as well but i Need to use it more, it’s a great little grill. anyways, I enjoy nothing better than a weekend cooking and look forward to sharing stuff and learning from you all
