Greetings all. My name is Jason and I'm from Biloxi. I've been doing this grilling and smoking thing pretty seriously for several years now and I look forward to learning my way around the forum.

I'm currently mostly using a 22.5 Weber for my grilling, but I also use Big Green Eggs, and I have three of those.
