Hello all. I bought an 18" WSM last summer off of Craig's List and there's no turning back for me know. All I can say is wow!!! The WSM is so much easier and much more efficient than the offset smokers I used to own. It's so easy to run and keep at temp even I could make spectacular meals on it. :o

I've learned a lot just lurking on here, but I thought it was about time to take part in this great community you have here.

I'm going to have to open up a photobucket account now. I was gonna post a few pics of last nights ribs cook but that'll have to wait now. :cool:
