So actually, what I realized is that I'll effectively restore this one, and stick my red hood onto it.
The body of my Redhead is in far, FAR worse shape, part by part.

last time I estimated shipping cost for an enamel lid, it was $90, and that was just the center section without the end caps.

Now that grill is a no brainer! Whatever lid and control panel clean up the best are probably the only swapping I would do on it.

This was on High Heat setting. I'm not familiar with 1000 burners, are the flames really low, or is that just how 1000's are?

Try checking them in a darker environment.

It looks like the middle burner is upside down. Actually the more I look at it, I think they are all upside down.

I’d pay it. With us both in NY, I might actually save a few dollars from that price. Now, I just gotta convince @John-NY to want to give it up. I bet I probably have some treasure in my inventory to entice him into a deal....

Steve, the original Weber burners had the holes on the sides. Both sides on the middle one.

They're in correctly. PS there is not enough contrast to tell how good the flames are. But, I will say on the old models they did not ever produce real high flame
