Just curious if anyone is attending the KCBS competition in Green Bay, WI this weekend??

I live in GB, and I'll likely go and check it out, but not compete.


Question: (i've never attended a competition)
What do the competitors do with the extra food they make?? Am I able to buy/test any of the BBQ?

Hi Jesse,

Looking at their website, you'll enjoy this event ! Loads of activities going on throughout the event for all ages.
If you look at the bottom right corner of this page, People's Choice is where the public gets a chance to taste the pitmaster's wares.
Some competitions will allow guests on Friday evening, up to a certain time. If this is the case here, it's a great chance to meet the
teams on a one-to-one basis.
