that makes the best baked potatoes.The neat thing about it is the vertical blades that stick up,and when you pull of the potato its already split in halfThis cooks them from the inside and outside at the same time.takes between 30-40 min.Used it on my Weber One Touch and it was the best baked potato i ever had.It's non-stick coated easy clean up.Recomended for gas grills and charcoal,I tried it on the WSM did not come out as good as the Weber Kettle. web site says it holds 5 but it only holds 4, gonna have to order more. happy Smoking
