I added two additional kettles to the keeper stash this week as I acquired a 70's yellow kettle in great shape. Minimum dings to the porcelain and the leg supports are all strong. I also picked up this afternoon a platypus that is in excellent shape for $50. I am thinking, as this has a solid four leg base, that it might be the ideal kettle for a Gabby's Grill Santa Maria kit which is on my accessory list. I was hoping to find a crimson platypus. This one is black but in excellent condition. I also found a NIB 70's side table recently for $25. Time to get these things cleaned up, pics posted and their "welcome to the family" cooks underway.
