Gravy

I made a pleasant discovery tonight making gravy. I added more than a pinch of chipotle and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. They hit the spot.

The lemon I discovered by picking up a spoon with lemon it to taste the gravy. The lemon was good. The brine for the turkey had 1/2 of a lemon in it...
 
Sounds very good. Had a similar thing occur with cherries after a turkey smoke.
