As currently implemented, there are no scaling or scrolling controls for the temperature plot in StokerX. The plot rescales automatically based on the duration of the cook, and you see the entire cook in the plot no matter how long it goes. Obviously, there's a loss of detail in the longer cooks.
Would it be useful to allow for overriding the automatic scaling to allow some sort of "zoom in" functionality? Scrolling could be controlled by just mouse dragging the plot left/right. Scaling would have to either be buttons to zoom in/out, or perhaps something like control-drag to stretch or shrink the timeline.
Suggestions? Does StokerLog do something like this? Any other apps?
