We rubbed the meat with Wild Willy's rub from Smoke & Spice and placed butts in foil pans. I like to collect the drippings and mix it with the pulled meat.I started the fires with the Minion method and put the meat on at 8:00 pm. Meat should be done around 10:00 or 11:00 tomorrow morning.
