Don't see nearly enough talk about the MT's around here, 
Did a beer can chicken last weekend with a Vortex and A LOT of hickory chips. Turned out great.
Mostly buy chunks to use with the WSM, but Weber kindly provided enough small pieces in the bag to use as chips. So soaked those and used a spice rub on a 6lb organic chicken. Cooked about an hour, great skin and meat.
Really appreciating the extra height and lid bale.
