I was surprised by my wife with a ET72. I never mentioned it so i was really surprised. Having now read your site, i realize most prefer the 73, but since mine is for my electric unit at the hunting camp, the 72 should be ok as the electric does not have variable temp. Pretty consistent at 225-660 degrees.
