Good Multi-meat/duration cook?

This weekend I'm having a bunch of people over to bbq and such. I just did my first pork butt, which turned out amazing. I'm trying to decide what to do this weekend. Our activities should be kicking off around noon on Saturday, and going through sunday night. I'm expecting around 10 or so people.

What do you suggest for some meals? I was thinking of firing up the cooker late Friday night, doing possibly some overnight brisket or maybe another pork butt or both? I also looked at the fast cook brisket recipe from the cooking topics, which I could do if I just got up early Saturday, anyone have better success with longer durations versus quicker?

For the dinner I was thinking some sort of mix between chicken and possibly ribs? Not sure. Sunday depending on what we cook on Saturday maybe will be using leftovers, but if you have some good meal suggestions could cook that up too.

Edit: Here is a chicken recipe that could be good for Saturday dinner: http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/chicken1.html

Thanks,
Daum

Daum did you see these ribs?

If you don't have a grill for the sticks you could always add a couple of chickens, beer can style during the cook. Keep the temps up around 275 and the chicken should have a nice crispy skin too. There are plenty of photos on here showing some of the beer can style cooks others have done.

I do have a grill too. I hadn't seen those, that looks pretty good, I'll have to take a closer look. Thanks!
