Gonna be a windy cook tomorrow

So, tomorrow I'm doing 4 butts = 3d lbs, for my granddaughter's Science Fair. Forecast is for winds all day 30-50 klicks. Should be fun.

My smoker is pretty protected on 3 sides, so we'll see how it gos.

Michael, I think that converts roughly to 18 to 30 miles per hour here.

Please post your results. I've never tried using the WSM anywhere close to that.
