I have 4 beef tenders that I've rubbed down with some whole toasted cumin (ground it in a spice mill) cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, lime juice, olive oil, garlic and kosher salt.

Hope it tastes good.

Very similar to my fajita marinade. I don't use the paprika, but go w/ chili powder. It sounds good - let us know how it turns out.

Normaly i dont use more then salt/pepper on a beef tender. But it sounds like its gonna work...Not sure about the lime?

Sounds good.

Daniel lime is pretty common on beef when cooking Tex-mex style. A shot of tequila for the beef and the cook doesn't hurt either.
