I've gotten such wonderful help and advice on this forum, I just wanted to do something to give back a little.

I've posted my favorite cheesecake recipe in the Desserts Forum for all to share. Please note that this is not for those who think cheesecake should have a graham cracker crust. Cakes don't have crusts; pies have crusts.

Anyway, I hope someone enjoys this cheesecake.

It sounds really good. I will have to give it a shot real soon. I've always made a crusted version, but have never really cared for the crusts! Never thought of making one this way, first recipe I've seen for this method. Thanks again!
