We had this for dinner Mon. night. It is not a grill recipe, but since it was soooo good, thought I would share it, and it is so simple and easy to make. PLEASE TRY IT. I would really like some feedback on recipes I post here.

Gingerale Ham Steak

1 ham steak, cut 1" thick
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 to 5 TB. brown sugar
Gingerale

Place ham in large iron skillet and sprinkle evenly with dry mustard. Sprinkle brown sugar over mustard. Pour gingerale into skillet until liquid comes halfway up on side of ham. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until sugar on top has melted. Remove from oven and place skillet on stove burner. Bring sauce to a boil and let boil until liquid is reduced to golden syrup. Place ham on platter and pour syrup over. Yield: 4 to 6 servings

That's been a go to for half ham shanks or butts for us for awhile and it is simple and good.
Ginger ale is the key and you could also had some crushed ginger snaps.
