Ginger-Rum Marinade

Ginger-Rum Marinade
"Try this Asian-influenced marinade and you'll discover it gives meat a taste of the tropics in every bite."
This was dinner last night, oh they are soo right. šŸ„° We used 2 bone in chicken thighs that were marinated in this recipe overnight.

1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 cup of rum
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TB. packed brown sugar
1 TB. grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1. In a small bowl, stir together above ingredients.
2. Pour over beef, pork, lamb or poultry. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.
3. Grill, brushing occasionally with marinade during first half of grilling. Discard any remaining marinade.
