Hey folks what's goin' on? My name is Shaye Hobby and I've been a weber smokey mountain smoker owner for a little over 11 years and that was with the 18.5" smokey moutain smoker. So it took me a little over 11 years to "pull the trigger" to upgrade to the 22" smokey mountain smoker. And I've got to say it's a great investment. Has more room and the fire last longer. And I use my water pan, see some folks that don't use it. Anyways I love to smoke pork shoulder and pork ribs(baby backs, spare ribs). Just got back into smokin' whole packer beef briskets and I love it. The toughest to get right in my opinion. But last 2 smokes have produced good slices and my favorite, burnt ends. So all I want to say is that I highly recommend the 22" Weber smokey mountain smoker. You will not be dissapointed. God bless you guys, Shaye.

Looks like some good eats, Shaye!

So I guess that regardless of how serious you are about barbecue, you'll always be a Hobby smoker...;)
