Genesis Rotisserie missing part? for counterweight

I have a 10 year old rotisserie, it was all rusty so I ordered new parts, the forks and a counterweight to replace the one that was missing and the hanger for the end of the handle.

The handle just has a hole in the end of it no bolt or anything to thread the ring onto. No threads inside.

Is it missing a part, how do you thread the ring on to hold the counterweight?

I saw that earlier.

Part 10 is the handle, part 13 is the ring, the ring threads onto a bolt, but the handle only has a hole where to bolt should be. I will call Weber on Monday
