Genesis igniter issue.

The igniter on my Genesis 335 wont stop firing. The only way to stop it is to loosen the battery connection. Has anyone else had this problem?

My grill doesn't have that kind of igniter, but it sounds like it's stuck in the "on" position. I would probably just buy a new one. I might take the old one out and play around with it first to see if I could unstick it though.

No experience either, but I agree with Steve above. The switch on my coffee maker went out not too long ago. I took it apart, and I couldn't fix the switch. I jumped it and could make coffee for the next couple of days by plugging and unplugging the plug. Too much hassle for something that is supposed to be fun. Just buy a new part and be done with it.
