Genesis 2000 (1996 Model) for sale

I have a red Genesis 2000 gas grill for sale that I purchased new in 1996. Asking $25.00 for it.
It is all original, except for the wooden handle which I replaced with an ash one, and side table slats.
Comes with the original manual, cookbook and receipt for purchase.
I've been using it as a fish cooker since getting an S-670 a few years ago.
The lid has a crack near the right hinge :(
This is due to a mistake on my part (pressing ignite after the flame went out). It still works fine.
It also has the old style (type II) quick disconnect gas fitting, which should be changed to the new style.
Pickup only. Located in Evergreen area of San Jose (SF Bay Area)
Not interested in any trades, as I need the space for a new smoker.

Chuck, post up some photos. It might help you out a lot.

Went out to take photos of the grill. Flipped the lid back, and the lid broke off, :(
It looks like the pins were corroded. I will post photos tomorrow of the grill.

I checked the hinges, and both sides need a new hinge pin.
The right side needs a spot weld on the cover->hinge junction.
I fired it up, and the temp is good.

Might have had something to do with me pressing the igniter with a grill full of propane and the lid down...🙁. Guess I’ll take the listing down for now.
