General Auto pricing question

When purchasing a USED vehicle, when determining a price would you likely use Kelley Blue Book & trending market value or MSRP (is MSRP even relevant when buying used)?. Also should you also look at a CarFax? Trying to settle a disagreement. Thanks!

I tend to use an average between KBB and Edmunds. (Edmunds IIRC uses NADA as it's "engine"). KBB tends to be a little "optimistic" while Edmunds tends to be a bit conservative.

Agree. Also, MSRP does not come into the equation on used vehicles. It only applies to new vehicles.
