It wasnt until my Brinkman burnt/rusted completely thru pretty much everywhere that i looked on the 'net' for an offset.

I stumbeled in here, read for a bit & bought a WSM instead. Im glad i did both.

It fits me fine,I dont cook for an army, plus i still have the Brinkman for when i need it.

I cant believe how it holds a temp.!

Ive had St. Louies at a steady 230* for a couple hours now, on a windy 32* day, without so much as lifting a finger...

Geeez I like cooking on this thing...!
