Gasser flank steak

Not much to see here, but when my wife and I were in Arizona in early March we picked up a marinated flank steak from the Fry's in Cottonwood. It was Korean in nature, as the ingredients were sesame oil, scallions, garlic, and what I think was some form of sugar. The place where we were stayed has a pretty nice gas grill so even though I was out of my element I gave it a try.

They were actually pretty good but I would've liked them better without the sugar.

A couple of nights later I was going to grill some chicken thighs, but the grill ran out of gas so I had to braise them in white wine and herbs. Fortunately we were staying in Arizona Wine Country so it took just a minute to run out and buy a couple of bottles.;)

Sometimes we substitute flank steak for arracherra when we make tacos. Yours look like they would fit that bill nicely!

Cheers!
