Garlic potatoes with rib parts

Smoked some ribs, 2 spares , 2 loins. I smoke the parts ya usually cut off and toss. I cut em up as small as I could. Mixed them into some garlic smashed potatoes with corn I was already making.
Wow, the taters turned out great. They were the hit of the BBQ. They were even better heated as left overs the next day, and the rest of the week.
Just thought I would pass it on.
 
Actually,
I did not use the cut offs. I trimmed the meat off of a couple of big ribs. I just used regular baking taters. made them as usual. Bioled, masked with some butter & milk. In another pan sautied some crushed garlic in butter, and added the potatoes, and added the rib meat, and frozen corn. Let em slow cook for a while.
They were great!!
