No, haven't made this yet,( going in the make soon folder) but, since I seem to be the only one keeping this site going, I thought it was time to post another recipe.
Garlic and Wine Grilled Chicken
3/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
6 garlic cloves, minced
4 green onions, chopped
2 TB. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (3 to 4 lbs.) chicken pieces
1. Stir together first 9 ingredients; reserve 1/2 cup wine mixture. Pour remaining wine mixture into a bowl and add chicken, chill 4 hours, turning occasionally.
2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Light one side of grill, heating to 350 to 400 degrees; arrange chicken over lit side of grill and grill
covered with grill lid, 5 minutes on each side. Place chicken over unlit side. Grill, covered with grill lid, 45 minutes or until done, turning 3 times and basting often with reserved 1/2 cup wine mixture. Serves 4
