Well, I'm not really sure what the cut is called in the UK. Probably nothing, I would guess it does not exsist. But if you explain what you are after to the butcher, I'm sure he will be happy to sell you the whole rib side of the pig, skin and all.

By the way, the skin itself is great to smoke for many hours and cut into strips. You can eat it as a snack/chips, or use it in soups and stews as a smoke/baconish flavor. You might want to remove the rind strips before serving.
