Hi all!
I've been a lurker here for quite a while and want to thank everyone for all the great information. Between daily reading and the archives, I've never needed to ask a question -- 'til now . . .
I'm having a big party this weekend and was planning to do a some pulled pork and ribs. About this time last year -- give or take a month or two -- I bought a case of butts at Costco and froze a few. I've recently unearthed a twin pack of cryvaced butts from my freezer and was wondering if they'd still be ok? They look good with no obvious freezer burn or anything but how will they compare to fresh? Should I use them or get fresh ones and save these for when my food won't be on display?
Any opinions would be appreciated . . .
Thanks,
Tom Jeziorny
