I am trying a different method of posting, hope this works.

Put a thin layer of RO Lump down with some Hickory chips,

At this point Ranger had a clue as to what was going to take place

Covered the Flat Iron, Chicken breast and fresh veggies with Fajita seasoning then cooked at 400 for 20 min.

Man that looks really good! I need to get one of those pans you got there! BTW we don't judge you if you use paper!
 
Looks GREAT. I really like my Weber grill wok like you have there. My wife has started to follow pretty much a vegetarian diet and the Weber grill wok is great for her veggies! Great job!
