Fri night tri tip

Sorry I didn't take before pics an grilling pics but I did remember to snap a quick crappy after I sliced her up a bit. Tri tip rubbed with S&P, garlic salt, onion salt, and a little hatch chile powder. Cooked indirect on my 22" kettle at about 350 until 135 internal temp then cooked on each side a couple minutes direct to sear. Rested for 10 minutes and then carved up across the grain (I think---only my second tri tip)....

Must be something goin' on with my browser, because I don't see a pic. But I'd love to--tri tip is one of my favorites. Bet yours was good and tasty, Mr. Gleason!
