For any fellow Jax members, just checked out Freshfield Farms that recently opened near University and I95. Pretty cool place, meat and produce only (plus ice cream). Everything looked really good and really fresh, prices were competitive in my opinion. Trip was cut short when my son decided he was done being there, but will go back and check it out in closer details when time permits. Bought a small boneless butt for tomorrow @ 2.19lb. Bone-in was 1.89 I believe? St. Louie ribs, 2.20ish, baby back 3.20ish, spares 1.90 I believe? Steaks looked good as well, but didn't catch prices.
One disappointment is I did not see any whole briskets on display, but also didn't have time to ask, so maybe they have them in the back?
Hope others get a chance to check it out, looks like they also have a store in Orlando.
