Thinking I'd like to cook a fresh ham BRT (boned, rolled and tied) but have no idea where I might locate one in the Kansas City area. I have a friend who runs a BBQ joint about 100 miles away, so I could *probably* get one from him if I wanted to make the drive. But hopefully I can find one (or two or three..) closer to home.
