freeze or refrigerate

I just finished taking a couple of Pork Butt's off my smoker and pulling the pork. My question is this. My son is getting married this sunday and this pulled pork is goin to be used at his reception. Should I freeze the pork until Sunday or will just refrigerating the pork be good enought?

Any thoughts?
 
Cool it quickly and just keep it well covered in the fridge till Sunday.

Vacuum seal it after cooling if you can. If not, seal in zip-lock bags after squeezing out as much air as you can. For this short time, I'd just keep it in the fridge but you can freeze it and either thaw in boiling water or nuke it on Sunday. A couple of spritzes of apple juice when reheating might help too.
