Free Weber Silver Rehab

Was given this Weber gas grill this weekend. It is a Silver with 3 burners. I will post pictures of the rehab in progress. It needs new grill grates and flavorizer covers. Burners are in good shape. Looking for a little help identifying which model this is.

I've done a few frame-off restorations already this spring and they're pretty simple to disassemble and put back together.

I like your John Wayne quote, I have the same one on a poster in my office and used to use it as my signature on my work email until the yuppies made me change it.

Mike, my neighbor is putting in a pool. We had them move extra dirt into our backyard to regrade and level out some low spots. Planning to hydroseed it next week once the pool constructions is done.

Was the rehab mostly cleaning and polishing or was paint involved?

Russell - mostly a deep cleaning, wash, and wax. Body, frame, and cart in good shape. Very dirty and full of crud. Replaced flavorizer bars and upgraded to cast iron grate.

I wish someone would give one of those I have a friend who is in need of a good grill and these are great grills. Very nice job on the rehab. Now just need to burn something.
