I moved over to a pellet smoker a while back and just found my old HeaterMeter when I was cleaning today. It doesn't have a case or Raspberry Pi, but does have an assembled HM board and roto damper. It worked the last time I used it, probably 5 years ago. I'm pretty sure I can fit it all in a priority mail flat rate box, so it should be around $10 to send it anywhere in the US. It's a 4.3 board, I got it as an unassembled kit from Bryan and put it together.

I haven't heard back from DM's to either of these users, so this is still available. I noticed the blower plastic was warped, probably because I printed it in PLA, so I reprinted it in PETG. I also dug up an ancient Raspberry Pi and tested it, and the servo seemed to be struggling a little but the blower was fine. Sadly, my dog knocked the whole arrangement off my desk when I wasn't looking and the Pi died, so you're still going to need that. I did 3D print up a case in PETG though.
